Toxaway Riversong Hideaway was completely renovated in April 2019 and features all new bathrooms and flooring, an updated kitchen, and new furniture – even down to the mattresses and bedding! A wine cooler and wet bar have been added to help you enjoy an inviting open floor plan that features a large living room and kitchen, with windows that look out into the trees and Toxaway Falls. The unit is located on the ground floor of the building, making it easy to get in and out.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including coffee pot, toaster oven, microwave, dinnerware, flatware, cooking utensils, and service ware.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bath. The en-suite features all new furniture and fixtures, exceptional lighting, walk-in shower and dual vanities with back-lit mirrors. You can sleep with the window open and listen to the waterfall all night, or slip outside the sliding glass doors to the covered patio overlooking the falls. The patio/ balcony has comfortable outdoor loungers to take in the beauty.
There are two additional guest bedrooms, one with queen size bed, and the other with two twin beds which share the second fully-renovated bathroom. Both guestrooms also have televisions. Other amenities include Satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer and community pool.

Nestled in the mountains of Western North Carolina, Lake Toxaway became known as “America’s Switzerland” back in the early 1900s. With the beauty of the mountains meeting the water, the area has something to appeal to nearly everyone. The nearby communities of Lake Toxaway, Sapphire, Cashiers and Highlands are just minutes away and offer outdoor activities, several great restaurants, quaint shops, local artists, galleries, spas and music festivals. For a small town, Brevard has more than its share of culture, including the world-renowned Brevard Music Center, only 20 minutes away by car.
We are approximately 40 minutes from the Asheville Regional Airport and about an hour from the main gates of the Biltmore Estate.
